I’m so excited to be hosting hiking meetups again! After a short hiatus due to an unhealthy amount of work, my free hiking meetups are back! I’ve met so many amazing people through these meetups. I can’t wait to catch up with the familiar faces and make some new friends. Because life’s just too dang short to spend it on the couch. Hope you join me this Sunday October 27th!
We’ll be hiking Iron Mountain. It’s an iconic hike in San Diego, and can be found on all the “top 10 hikes” lists. Only about 30 min away from the city, this hike has great views and is well worth the effort!

- Dog Friendly: Yes, on a leash (but not recommended)

- Parking: dirt parking lot, overflow parking on the street.
- Fees: No fees
Weather is forecasted for a high of 78 in the mid afternoon. For this reason, I highly recommend leaving pups at home. We’ll start off in cooler weather (low 60’s) then on our way down from the peak it’ll begin to heat up. Although it’s late October, be sure to pack sun protection! There’s no shade on this hike.

To ensure that our hiking meet up doesn’t take over the trail, I’ll be capping registrations at 20 people. Please to plan arrive 15 minutes early to find parking. This trail can get busy on the weekends.
