February Coed Hiking Social

Join me for a community hike, on Sunday February 23rd at Daley Ranch in Escondido, where we’ll explore Sage Trail and summit Stanley Peak! This scenic adventure will take us through rolling hills, oak woodlands, and wide-open meadows, leading up to Stanley Peak, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains.
About the hike: Daley Ranch is a hidden gem with 3,200 acres of preserved land, rich in history and diverse wildlife. Once a working ranch, it’s now a protected habitat with miles of trails perfect for hiking and exploring. Expect to see native plants, towering sycamores, and maybe even some local wildlife like hawks, deer, and more. This is a casual and friendly hike, so come ready to enjoy good company, beautiful views, and a fun outdoor experience. Bring plenty of water, comfortable hiking shoes, and a positive spirit—I can’t wait to see you on the trail!
All are welcome, but please note this is not a beginner hike. You should always assess your personal fitness level before any outdoor activity.
